Apa yg sy buat sy pilih 2 jenis workout yg menggunakan banyak muscle & sy buat selama 40 min non stop. Setiap exercise lebih kurang 30-40 sec lepas tu rest dlm 30 sec. . Habis je workout sy dpt burn dalam 500 calories, so mcm ni lah rutin sy kalau dah tak ada masa nak workout as long sy tak skip workout day! .
